We stock a variety of subjects, mainly non-fiction, and we like to think reasonably priced. Our main areas of interest are Roman Britain, all aspects of the Middle Ages from Archaeology to Religion, as well as Northumbria & Scotland.

Since 2009 we have been a member of the Provincial Booksellers Fairs Association also known as the PBFA, and abide by their code of practice.
